Merry Cellars is honored to partner with local and regional non-profits to assist them in their fundraising efforts!

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we only accept requests using the form below.  Phone, in-person and email requests will all be directed to this page.

Before taking the time to submit your information, please consider the following:

• Merry Cellars will prioritize non-profits in Whitman and Latah counties followed by Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.
• Your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) not-for-profit, tax exempt entity.
• If your event is to be held in Washington State AND you are asking for a donation of wine, please make sure you have an electronic copy of your Special Occasion License available to upload as part of your request.  To read more about the Special Occasion License, please click here.  To be clear, we are REQUIRED by law to have a copy of your SOL on file in order to donate alcohol or anything that can be redeemed for alcohol (gift certificates, gift cards, etc.).
• This form should be completed for in-kind donations only.  If you are interested in having a representative from our winery participate in your event, by all means feel free to drop us a line or give us a call.
