Harvested from one of the warmest and driest vineyard locations in Washington State, the terroir of the Wahluke Slope lends itself to dramatic aromatic character and balance in this Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh melon and citrus greet the nose and are mirrored on the palate. Orange blossom and a subtle herbaceousness are lifted by a crisp acidity and just a hint of sweetness on the finish.
Our Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in 100% stainless steel with minimal handling of the juice to maintain this wine’s fresh aromatics.
