Winemaking: Harvested from the Wahluke Slope, our 2005 Sangiovese exhib its ripe berries on the nose and the food-friendly acidity that has made Sangiovese famous. After aging in oak, we judiciously blended it with Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon to round out the mouthfeel and provide just enough structure and tannin to produce a complex and nuanced wine.
