2006 Cabernet Franc
This Cabernet Franc is a blend of two barrels – the best barrel from the Stillwater Creek vineyard and the best from Snipes Canyon. The Stillwater Creek was aged for 14 months in new Hungarian oak while the Smith Canyon was aged for 15 months in two year old American oak.
