An aromatic, well balanced wine featuring fi g and smoke on the nose with hints of apple and stone fruits, a medium body and a light, lingering finish.
Winemaking: Multiple yeast fermentation in oak, light pressing and minimal skin contact give this wine a complex, fruit-forward profile and 100% malolactic fermentation yields a creamy mid-palate. Cooperage: Barrel fermented in 75% new Hungarian oak and 25% new American oak.
