2005 Viognier

Opening with a mix of tropical fruits and citrus on the nose, this classic example of the perfumed nature of Viognier dances on the tongue with a soft, delicate finish.
Winemaking: A blend of two contrasting growing regions (one of the warmest and coolest in the state respectively), the wine was pressed after about 4 hours of skin contact time, fermented in 100% stainless steel and inoculated with multiple yeasts to increase complexity.
