2017 Roussanne

Roussanne is one of the most distinctive white wine varietals with inviting aromas of herbs, spice, roasted nuts and hints of pepper. Rich and full on the palate, this Roussanne offers honeycomb, floral and subtle apricot flavors that linger beautifully with a silky finish.

The Roussanne as fermented and aged in stainless steel and went through primary fermentation at 58.0F for approximately 8 weeks before undergoing 100% ML fermentation and final blending.
