Fresh, green grasses on the nose give way to light melon and citrus on the tongue. A crisp acidity balances the aromatic characteristics and provides an incredibly clean finish.
Winemaking: From one of Washington’s hottest sites, our Sauvignon Blanc was lightly pressed and fermented cool to retain the delicate aromas of the grape. Chardonnay and Viognier were blended into the wine to increase complexity and round out the its body.
