Sweet berries, vanilla, green tea, and spice grace the nose giving way to juicy red fruits and berries with hints of spices and plum on the palate. Silky tannins and ripe fruits round out the finish.
Winemaking: Truly a Washington State wine, we selected some of our finest wines harvested from throughout the state to become part of this blend. The Merlot lends layered ripe fruit and clean acidity with hints of pepper and spice coming from the Cabernet Franc. The Cabernet Sauvignon brings a subtle smokiness and lush tannins to this classic Bordeaux-style blend. Drink now through 2012. Cooperage: 10 Months in new and one year old American and Hungarian Oak.
