A blend of seven different varietals from eleven separate batches, Twilight Hills offers layers of nuanced aromas and flavors rarely seen in a table wine. Hints of ripe berries and leather rise alongside subtle notes of oak and lavender to great the nose. Lively tannins and moderate acidity surround flavors of dried cherry, cedar, rhubarb and boxwood give way to a toasty oak finish that lingers softly on the pallet. A true expression of the winemaker’s tastes, we hope you enjoy this wine as much as we enjoyed crafting it!
