2011 Chardonnay

Fermented on new oak, this classic Chardonnay is redolent with aromas of fi g and ripe melon joining pear and apple flavors on the palette. Well-integrated oak and bright acidity lend balance and structure, making this an excellent food wine.
Our 2011 Chardonnay was fermented for thirteen weeks in new Hungarian (50%) and American (50%) oak before returning to stainless steel to finish.
