One of the hottest, driest grape growing regions in Washington State, the wahluke slope sandy loam and deep minerals bring out a character rarely seen in sauvignon blanc. Opens with aromas of orange blossom and citrus that set the stage in this dramatic, medium bodied white. Moderate acidity and light notes of grapefruit enliven the finish.
Our 2010 Sauvignon Blanc was cold fermented in stainless steel.
