A blend of 33% Mourvedre and 67% Syrah, this Rosé is redolent with hints of young strawberry, ripe kiwi and just a suggestion of melon. Enjoy this superlative, dry Rosé with semi-soft cheese, light salads and lean meats or an antipasto platter.
Both the Mourvedre and Syrah were fermented and aged in stainless steel and went through primary fermentation at 58.0F for approximately 8 weeks before undergoing 100% ML fermentation and final blending.
