The Mourvèdre was gently coopered for twenty-six months in 50% three year old American pak to maintain as much varietal character as possible and 50% one year old Hungarian oak to lend a Smokey, earthy element to the final blend. The Syrah was aged in a combination of French and Hungarian oak for twenty-five months.
