Working with fruit from Stillwater Creek Vineyard is always a pleasure and the 2018 vintage Semillon was no exception! Harvested at the peak of ripeness, we wanted to emphasize varietal character while maintaining balance and finesse. As with all our our white wines, we perform a very light press and handle the juice with care throughout the fermentation process. As in prior years, we allow our Semillon to complete ML fermentation that gives this wine a wonderfully round, full body and silky smooth finish. Enjoy!
