To be honest, this is not exactly your ordinary Chardonnay! Slightly sweet, no butter, no more than hint of oak on the nose… this is not your grandmother’s Chard. And we are thrilled about that. Fifty percent of this classic varietal was barrel fermented in new French oak for roughly six weeks, offering enticing aromas of white peach and apple with just a hint of honeysuckle.This well balanced wine offers notes of citrus throughout the palate, culminating in a rich, bright finish.
