Fermented to dryness entirely in stainless steel, this Chardonnay offers enticing aromas of white peach and apple with just a hint of honeysuckle. This well balanced wine boasts notes of citrus throughout the palate, culminating in a rich, bright finish.
To be honest, this is not exactly your ordinary Chardonnay! With just a hint of sweetness on the finish, no butter, no oak on the nose… this is not your grandmother’s Chard.
