2006 Viognier

Fermented under cool conditions in 100% stainless steel, this wine was built from the vineyard up to focus on two things: a balanced acidity and nuanced, ripe tropical fruit. The Viognier from Underwood Mountain vineyard provides vibrant acidity while the grapes from Snipes Canyon vineyard (with a significantly warmer climate) lends tropical fruit and melon components. Altogether, the blend of these two vineyards showcases our interpretation of the finest qualities of Viognier.
