2012 Chardonnay

Fermented on new oak, this classic Chardonnay is redolent with aromas of fig and ripe melon joining pear and apple flavors on the palette. Well-integrated oak and bright acidity lend balance and structure, making this an excellent food wine.
Our 2012 Chardonnay was fermented for thirteen weeks in new Hungarian oak before returning to stainless steel to finish.
